Based in Lubbock, TX, we are dedicated to providing personalized, compassionate hospice care that honors the wishes of each patient and supports their families during one of life’s most challenging transitions.
Our experienced interdisciplinary team—led by Medical Director Dr. Larry Warmoth—works closely with patients, families, and caregivers to deliver expert pain and symptom management, emotional and spiritual support, and 24/7 nursing care. We tailor each care plan to meet the unique physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of our patients, whether care is provided at home, in a facility, or in another preferred setting.
Bridge Hospice is more than a provider—we are a partner, a comforter, and an advocate. Our goal is to be a Bridge to Peace, helping patients live each day with meaning and providing families with the guidance, strength, and support they need.
